I recently stayed at Casa Higueras in Valparaiso for a business trip, and I must say, my director made an excellent choice. The hotel provided a truly enjoyable experience. The first thing I noticed was the complimentary water in the minibar, which was a nice touch and certainly helped quench my thirst after a long day of meetings.

I do have one minor gripe, however.

Pool deck was incredible. Service was great.

Quite difficult to access the hotel with a car.

Attention to detail of hotel design. Private location.

Inconsistency of staff friendliness. Some were great, others seemed unhappy.

Great value for the money, our room had excellent views and the staff treated us exceptionally well at Casa Higueras. The location was ideal, taking advantage of the city views and close to public transport.

Best aspects include amazing views from the restaurant, and charming staff that went above and beyond to make our stay special. the location was also perfect, with easy access to the harbor and other areas. Oh, and did I mention the delicious breakfast that was included? Plus, private parking made everything super easy.

The staff at Casa Higueras were incredibly helpful and understanding when my handbag was stolen during my arrival. They provided support and made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. The hotel itself was a beautiful oasis of calm, with a delightful pool area and stunning terrace where I could relax and enjoy delicious food. The warm and friendly staff made me feel cosseted and allowed me to venture out and explore the fascinating city. I highly recommend Casa Higueras for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Exceptional service and charming rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms are some of the advantages. the restaurant offers delicious cuisine with fine wines to match. We loved the hotel's perfect location on the hillside overlooking this city's historic quarter. Additionally, its pleasant garden gave us a feeling of tranquility. The staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast was varied and of high standard. Finally, we appreciated the parking availability.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The traditional room was cozy and comfortable. The sheets on the bed were super comfy. The bathroom was superbly kitted out. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful. Water and ice kept nearby. Delightful and attentive staff. Great views of the city. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows.
